Glinz Bistrot is an elegant gastronomic space on the Petrogradskaya side, located in the chamber lobby of the Glinz Boutique Hotel. The project was created by the St. Petersburg restaurant team Faces Team, which brought here the philosophy of impeccable service and love of detail.

The interior is designed in the style of modern organic minimalism with avant-garde details. Massive vaulted ceilings create the feeling of a "modern grotto", a protected and peaceful space for intellectual leisure and relaxation.

The Glinz Bistrot menu is a Mediterranean classic in the comfort food style. In it, items from the Crudi section (tartars and carpaccio) are juxtaposed with homemade pastas and risottos prepared according to classical canons, and in each dish they strive to convey the purity of the taste of the products.

The concise but verified wine list covers iconic regions and finds of the New World, and fans of cocktail classics will find an impeccable list — from refreshing Spritz to strict classics of Old Fashioned.
