The hotel Glinz is situated on the first floor of the same-name hotel. The home-like sophisticated space has just several tables, and the restaurant can accommodate up to 30 guests. On a summer sunny day, guests of Glinz can enjoy a spectacular view of the embankment sitting at a table covered with a white cloth on the green lawn in front of the hotel in the shadow of a spreading pear tree.

Izo Dzandzava

The Chef of the restaurant is Izo Dzandzava who has realized projects rated in the Michelin guide. The basis of the manu is author’s dishes developed specially for Glinz.

Breakfast at Glinz is a special ritual without any hurry to have the best beginning of the day. Every morning from 08:00 to 13:00 we serve branded breakfast at your choice – according to the set menu or a la carte.
